Industry: Technology / Financial Services Role: HR Director & Member of the Management Board / Internal Consultant Project: International Leadership Workshops and Strategic Management Events During my 13-year tenure as HR Director and member of the management board of a technology company, I combined executive leadership responsibility for my own team with extensive internal consulting, leadership and organizational development and training activities. I designed, trained and facilitated leadership workshops and strategic management events for international groups of managers. The sessions were conducted in both German and English. Selected activities:

• Training and facilitation of international leadership groups in English
• Moderation of annual strategy conferences for managers in English
• Design and facilitation of leadership workshops
• Development of interactive workshop formats
• Support of managers during organizational and change initiatives
• Facilitation of strategic discussions and alignment processes
