Project: Company-wide Leadership and Innovation Development

I designed and delivered a company-wide leadership and innovation development program for MTU, a leading manufacturer of aircraft engines. The program was rolled out across all German locations and targeted managers at all organizational levels below the executive board.

The program reached approximately 700 managers in around 56 groups, with each training measure lasting 1.5 days – representing approximately 84 training days in total.

My contribution:

• Independently designed the training concept based on the organization’s development needs
• Developed practical and interactive learning formats
• Personally delivered the training sessions across all participating groups
• Worked with managers from different functions and hierarchical levels
• Focused on strengthening just culture, leadership behavior and developing an innovation-oriented culture
• Facilitated practical transfer into participants‘ day-to-day leadership responsibilities
